You can't get anything in this world free of cost, except sunlight, air and water. Well, you can't even get water free of cost in urban areas. This thought has come to our mind when one fine day we were searching online for some hospitals in India where a person can get treatment free of charge. We were also looking for sources from where one can get money to fund his or her treatments.
These types of information can be easily found on the Internet in a very scattered way. We just wanted to bring this information together in the form of lists so that it can be of some help to the person who actually needs it the most.
As we all know, the cost of treatment is very high in India, especially in private-sector hospitals and many can't afford it. This is the sad reality of our country's healthcare system. A family can completely collapse financially if any member/members of the same family develops/develop some critical ailment/ailments. But there is always some hope on the horizon.
